working fire in whitman.

i have added shots from the working fire at the "linden house" that occurred today in whitman. the fire was in the walls on floor one of a large rooming house. great job by the whitman guys to get this knocked down quick!

i have updated the site with photos from the funeral for retired whitman fire chief jerry dimestico, as well as photos from a technical rescue in hanson on september 28th. some submitted photos will probably be added tomorrow.

unfortunately, pbase, the host for my site, is still down. they say they are transfering all of their data to new servers following a power failure a few days ago. they have no idea when the site will be back up. once my pbase account runs out, i will be switching over to smugmug... sorry for the down time.
