a couple photos of the incident have been posted in the submitted gallery courtesy of mike flynn. the fire lieutenant who was killed in the accident this afternoon has been identified as kevin m. kelley, 52, of quincy. my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and of all the boston brothers. three other firefighters were also injured on the scene. i will post any other information as i get it.
